How to Delete Your Account

If you no longer wish to use Pointly Earn, you can request full account removal by emailing us. Simply send a message with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address linked to your account.

Reason for Deletion

Your deletion request has been submitted. We will process it within 7 business days.

We aim to complete all deletion requests within 7 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

This action is final. Deleting your account means losing access forever. Any points or rewards not yet redeemed cannot be recovered after deletion.

What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account, we remove the following from our systems:

Your profile and login details	Removed
Task history and earnings	Removed
Device identifiers and usage logs	Removed
Payment and payout details	Removed
Messages with support	Removed

Some records may be kept after deletion for limited reasons:

Data required by law	Compliance with regulations

Things to Do First

Cash out your points — unredeemed rewards cannot be recovered after your account is gone
Check your subscriptions — if you subscribed through Google Play, cancel through your Play Store account to avoid charges
Save what you need — request a copy of your data before deleting if you want to keep records
